You pay $99 a month (GST included). We design, build, host and look after a professional 5-page website for your trade business, set up your Google Business Profile, and make your content changes within 2 business days of you asking. No setup fee, no hourly rates, no surprise extras.
There's no fixed term and no lock-in contract. You can cancel any time with a simple message. Payments already made aren't refunded on cancellation, except where the 30-day guarantee applies, or the law says otherwise.
Your domain name is registered in your name from day one. Your photos, your logo and your reviews are always yours, and if you leave we send them back within 14 days.
The website we build, its design, layout and the words we write, stays with the service: that's what lets us keep the price at $99. You get full use of it while you're a customer, and it comes down if you leave.
The Handshake Guarantee is part of these terms: live in 14 days of your kick-off call or your first three months are free; 30 days after launch to change your mind for a full refund; leave anytime with no exit fees, your domain always in your name; a missed payment gets a phone call, never an instant takedown.
SEO retainers, paid ads, social media management, logo design, e-commerce and custom software aren't part of the plan, and we won't sell them to you. Work outside the plan (like a full redesign) is only ever done after we've quoted it and you've said yes in writing.
“Changes included” covers keeping your site up to date: prices, photos, services, team, reviews. It doesn't mean rebuilding the site from scratch every month. If a request is outside the plan, we say so before doing anything.
We host, secure and back up your site daily. If it ever goes down, fixing it is our job, not yours, at no charge. We're not liable for losses beyond what you've paid us in the previous 12 months, except where Australian Consumer Law says otherwise: your ACL rights always stand.
